System Digital Controls: The load bank is digitally controlled via an onboard PLC with a color touchscreen display and includes standard data monitoring (Voltage, Current, and KW). The digital controller includes a wide range of safety circuits including cooling-air loss, over-temp, over-voltage/under-voltage, and load dump. All load is automatically removed and locked out in the event of a safety circuit trip. A hard-wired Emergency Stop (E-Stop) switch is also included. The control enclosure is mounted locally to the load bank but can also be mounted remotely. Multiple load banks can be daisy-chained together with a single digital controller for higher load capacity (Example: 2 units = 2000 KW total capacity).
